“The Charité cerebrospinal fluid/serum biobank is a professional biobank that following informed consent stores at -80°C cerebrospinal fluid and serum specimens obtained during routine diagnostics of patients with neurological diseases. The stored samples are made available for clinical diagnostics and research projects. In the project funded by Stiftung Charité, the Charité cerebrospinal fluid/serum biobank was extended and further professionalized through the implementation of a database.”
