Treating patients with amyloidosis requires a close interdisciplinary collaboration with high expertise in diagnosis and treatment. With this vision in mind, the amyloidosis center Charité Berlin (ACCB) was founded in May 2019 (https://amyloidosis-center.charite.de/). The ACCB is an interdisciplinary center with participation of neurology, cardiology, nephrology and hematology. In addition, cooperation partners from almost all disciplines are included. Currently, about 400 patients are cared for at the ACCB, with steadily growing numbers. Weekly case conferences are held in which the complex diagnostic and treatment are discussed on an interdisciplinary basis. The ACCB register could be etstablished with the support of the Clinical Fellows Program. T-Base represents the database for the ACCB register providing a cross-campus digital care structure for patients with amyloidosis.
